Overview
Bull helps mount a defense for Taylors brother-in-law, Ralph Kelly, a prison guard charged with manslaughter for the drowning deaths of two inmates in the middle of a hurricane. During the trial, Bull aims to convince the jury that his client tried to prevent a greater harm when he abandoned his prison command to evacuate his own family.
